SHIPPING POLICY
For shipping outside of Australia, we utilise DHL Express Post. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
Please note that our shipping time frames are a guide, and that they are subject to change due to DHL delays.
*During busy periods, promotional events and sales, delays in dispatching your order may occur.
Please note, we cannot always deliver to PO Boxes. Orders to PO Box addresses may be subject to cancellation.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES COSTS
We offer complimentary cover of any duties and taxes costs. You will not be required to pay any of these fees to receive your order.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items purchased on pre-order will be shipped within the estimated time frame specified on the product page. Please note, these time frames are an estimation. In the instance that your pre-order item has been delayed, a member from our customer care team will reach out.
Orders that have been placed with an available item and a pre-order item will be dispatched separately at no additional cost. Once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that an item purchased is not available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
STOLEN AND DAMAGED PARCELS
MISHA is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to nominate a suitable delivery location and to securely receive the order. We will not provide compensation for any items declared as lost or missing following delivery.
