All items purchased during our site-wide Boxing Day sale are ineligible to be returned for a refund. These pieces may be returned for a credit note or exchange only, unless marked as Final Sale.Any items on Final Sale are not eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, nor credit note.

To return your online order, please submit your request using the MISHA Returns Portal.


We offer returns and exchanges for online purchases subject to the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The garment is returned in its original condition, with tags attached and without imperfections. We will not accept any returns in which the garment appears to have been worn, damaged, altered or washed in any way.

  • All swim must be tried on with undergarments and must be returned with the protective hygiene strip attached to the garment. We are unable to accept the return if you do not comply with the hygiene returns policy.


Full priced items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note subject to the above stated conditions. This includes purchases of full priced items made using our welcome discount.


Sale items and any items purchased with a promotional discount code are not eligible to be returned for a refund. These items may be returned for an exchange or credit note only.


The shipping label and any costs to return your order must be made at the customer’s own expense. We do not cover or supply these.


Please take care when sending items back to us, we are not liable for any items lost during transit and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.

Refunds are eligible for full priced items only. Any shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.


All refunds will be submitted back to the original payment method.

We offer easy exchanges for all orders lodged through our return portal.


All exchange requests are dispatched upon the delivery and processing of your return. These orders are subject to availability at the point of receiving your return.


In the instance that your requested item is not available, a member from our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange an alternative return method.


If the requested exchange item is a different value than your original order, you will be sent an invoice for the difference or provided with the associated refund value of the remaining balance.

Credit notes will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.


Credit notes may not be refunded. Any orders placed using credit notes may only be returned onto a gift card or exchanged in line with the above conditions.

Sale items and any items purchased with a promotional discount code may be returned for an exchange or credit note only. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Final sale items will be marked 'final sale' and are strictly not eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit note.

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team straight away at customercare@worldofmisha.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, this can only be done prior to dispatch.

If you believe an item you have received is faulty or damaged, please contact us at customercare@worldofmisha.com.
Please provide supporting images of your item. All items will be assessed by our Customer Care team with urgency.
